Privacy Policy

My Sound Library does not collect, share, or transmit personal data. All recordings — audio, photos, locations, and notes — stay on your device and in your own private iCloud container. DATA WE STORE • Audio recordings, optional photos, GPS coordinates, and metadata you enter (titles, tags, notes) are saved locally and synced via your private CloudKit container if iCloud Sync is enabled. • Anniversaries are scheduled as local notifications. Apple does not see their content. DATA WE DON'T STORE • No analytics events. • No crash reports outside Apple's standard frameworks. • No third-party SDKs. • No accounts and no servers operated by us. PERMISSIONS We request microphone, camera, location, and notifications. Each is requested with clear context inside the app — never on launch. YOUR RIGHTS (GDPR, CCPA, DPDP) Because all data lives on your device, "deletion" means: delete the recording inside the app, or uninstall the app. To remove iCloud copies, sign out of iCloud or delete the My Sound Library data inside Settings → Apple ID → iCloud → Manage Storage.
